Catie Ronson comes to Pensacola bringing a wealth of knowledge and life experiences to make your real estate transactions seamless and worry free. Growing up in a farm town in southern Missouri, Catie understands the value of a hard-earned dollar and represents each client like family. After receiving her first bachelor's degree, Catie blazed her own path by moving to Birmingham, AL. She went on to receive her second degree, a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Samford University and became a Registered Nurse. Catie became a successful critical care nurse spending part of her career at the University of Alabama Birmingham and the Birmingham Veterans Administration Medical Center. While in Birmingham she met her husband Russ and began growing her family to what is now five beautiful daughters. During her time in Alabama, Catie was a volunteer at The Bell Center and served on The Service Guild of Birmingham’s board for almost 10 years. Catie, Russ, and their family then moved to Pensacola, residing in Gulf Breeze.
As a board member for Women’s Board of Baptist Healthcare Foundation and Tiger Point Homeowners Association, Catie learned the landscape of our beach towns, vibrant family neighborhoods, and trendy downtown spots. Catie’s membership in these organizations has allowed her to make connections to a large array of local resources. She is also an active member of the Oriole Beach Elementary PTO, Gulf Breeze Will Do, and the Tiger Point Women’s Golf Association.
As a member of Pensacola Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, Catie has developed a knack for finding the perfect home for all situations. She prides herself on having an eye for timeless beauty and perfect functionality. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding family moves, couples just getting started, first time homebuyers, and military personnel just passing through or choosing to settle down in paradise.
